One foot on the ground
Two weeks have passed, time to update. School's almost done for the semester (!) and then I can catch up on the shows I've missed the last couple of weeks. I plan I fixing up this place and my icon journal, now that I'm in a bit of a layout stint. Hopefully I can finish the layout I'm working of before finals, if I could get IE to work. >_<

I've actually thought about certain aspects of my life. Shocking. )
But good news: I've become more active online! kinda I'm rather proud of myself for that, though I'm still paranoid that my comments make me look an idiot. I'm getting past it though, I've come very far in the time I've been on the internet. Granted it only took me years for it to happen (maybe even a decade?!), but it has. It almost makes me not embarrassed about my early stuff. Eh, I suppose I had to start somewhere.

A question: Why does it seem that when I'm creatively writing my icon creativity is low and vice versa? Its odd but true, I don't remember producing good stuff in both departments at the same time.

So I've been ignoring this place for quite a bit and I'd like to apologize. I've got a new layout and mood theme, hopefully it will keep me posting. Thanks to everyone for birthday wishes, even though it seems I'm slightly impossible to find.

Graduation is nearing. Hillary if you are in the area this Friday you should come, I came to yours! :P

This warm, sunny day is distracting. I was thinking of going bike riding this weekend and next week, possibly even going to Beamus (mainly since I've no one to play tag with :( <--watery eyes). But then I remembered that I couldn't remember, that is, once I get to Riverside I can't recall which way to go to get to the crazy street you take straight to the entrance by the zoo.

Also, I'm not really wanting to go on this UN trip, its become such a hassle in a way. Blah, I want to go home....even though I am.... Oh, and the Egg is really getting sucky. Just an FYI.

...I really do...

Well, today was the last day of finals so tomorrow I think I'll sleep in two extra hours! Oh, I'm too good to myself sometimes.

But I fought the fight and picked up my schedule today in a rather short time. And security's lame attempt to control the onslaught just enraged the mob further. At least it sounded that way as I scurried off to my counselor's to find that she was there! Then, bummer, the computer system was down so she couldn't change my classes. And she comes in to school five before eight in the morning. This window of ten minutes is pathetic and I will be haunting her until she does as I say.

Random facts:
I am currently signed up for Photo 2 when I dropped out of Photo 1.
I don't need this semester of English to graduate.
Dropping my english class would give me early dismissal.
I'm not sure if I even want honours economics.
Now that I have Delach I'm changing out of his class.
If I keep this sociology teacher and change my gym class I can have a late start.
I need a to find a teacher to aid 4/5/6 who will allow me to go to other lunches if there is nothing to do.
I can now play "Take It Easy" on the guitar. Mostly.

Well, that sums up about all anyone reading needs to know. In conclusion, Chicago weather rocks.

I am sorry to inform everyone but it appears that I have developed reoccurring hiccopitis. My doctors tell me I have not yet reached the contagious stage, so if you get them, I am sorry.

In other news, today sucked. I go up and down the A hall stairs three times a day. The first two times going up I tripped; full trips mind you where you have to throw out your hands. The first one I hurt my knee. Then I almost tripped over a kid on my last trip down the stairs since he stopped with his friend unexpectedly.

And the computer tower shit out. The one that had my government paper on it. And all my links. And pictures. Because we just got this things a few months ago, so I wasn't expecting a failure so soon. T_T

Well some lady just called the house. And guess what?

She has my cell phone! And it's been a bit less than a year!

Guess where she found it? Community Care Options, it's a psychiatric place on Windsor and Clinton. It's been in their lost and found for some months, it seems someone left it in the waiting room and didn't claim it. Whether they forgot it or left it there on purpose I can't say.

I always figured that girl was crazy, and this may prove it.

Yeah so my mom just got back from picking up my report card. She said that when she got to the 'K' table a "asian girl and boy with brown hair" were smiling or something and the girl said "yeah she's funny". ^_^ That's two complements I got today, it's a new record!

Scifi - A Exemplary Student, Superior work (No shit lady. I'm a AP kid in a Gamma level class with a teacher that needs to take some, ANY pills!)
AP Psych - A
Gym - A
Amer. Gov. LS HR - A Conscientious work (How the hell did I pull this off? I don't talk!)
Student Aide - P Superior Work (Damn right! Three complements! I'm the best teacher aid there is!)
AP English - B

GPA: 4.4

Now let's guess how far I can get it to go down!

EDIT
Yeah, now I'm thinking I should have run for Minority Leader. This guy can't even effin' put consistent capitals in sentences!

Well today was just a bundle of surprises. First off when I was in Labonski's I had nothing to do so I pulled out my radio and guess what was the second song I stumbled across? Do You Want To! So then I was like "rAwk OUt!" and lost hearing temporarily. So the song finished and I hopped onto his computer to check what day the CD is released. I thought it was the 13th but no!, they say on their site that it is the 4th! (YCHISMB is released on October 3rd (UK) through Domino and on October 4th (USA) through Sony BMG.) This pumped me up, I was riding high on that for awhile. Still am actually. Plus maybe a Carina Round Cd may be in stock. *hopes*

During second hour the counselor had me meet them. This was good since I in turn missed half of psych, thus making me unable to finish the test. It also gives me time to memorize the one word I know but can't remember.

Guess what I got in the mail today? A tattoo. From who, you say? From the University of Milwaukee, that's who. .....No comment.

*EDIT*
I'm sad, and Elisabeth is playing Franz and I can't get into it right now. Bugger.

Today was fun, lets recap.

Scifi - I started paying attention with 20 minutes left, part of which I was reading silently.
Psych - she wasn't here, gave us a load of crap to do. I did relatively nothing.
Sims - he was missing for thirty minutes so I did nothing.
Gov - waited for binder checks to finish, laughed at funny laws.
Labonski - copied 150 of Joseph sheet music
Eng - took batshit easy test.

My days are so amazingly easy I think I should go distracted. How can people complain about their senior year? What are they doing, growing puppies?

I think I threw out my shoulder muscles. But I have the COOLEST new necklace: I took a washer thing and put it on a black string. Very symbolic.

Okay as this year comes to a close I think I should score the overall year in comparison with the other two completed.

School Grades
Freshman 1st
Junior 2nd
Sophomore 3rd

Overall People Bitchyness (or lack there of)
Freshman 1st
Sophomore 2nd
Junior 3rd

High Stress levels
Junior 1st
Sophomore 2nd
Freshman 3rd

General Happiness
Senior 1st (I feel safe to predict this)
Freshman 3rd
Sophomore and Junior tied for last place over a technicality

Don't get me wrong, Freshman year sucked since, well, I was a freshman. But if you fuse Soph and Jun years together (which I'm allowed to, this is my galaxy) then you create the worst year(s) of my life. Seriously I hate this school. Cause nothing ever interesting happens. Like freak worm holes or the ability to teleport. Therefore it is dull. I'm tired of it all. (I doubt anyone will actually understand this post, but here it stands.)

Okay so i came home and got the mail and noticed there was a letter in there for me. It was from Cambridge! It turns out that I has the chance to enroll for classes over the summer in LONDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be from July 14 to August 3 of this year. Here's some of the things I would kill to take.

Tudor Britain
Military History: The Clash of Civilizations
A Journey Through Randomness and Indeterminacy - Does God Play Dice?
English Literary Villains
Psychology of War
British and American Intelligence and the Art of Espionage
War and Chivalry
Intro. to Archaeology
The Celts and Romans of Britain
Britain's Popular Culture: 1939-1980
Superstrings: The Theory of Everything
Alfred Hitchcock: Master of Suspense
Egyptology

And those are just to kill for. There are more that I would cry over. Seriously. Now for the places we would visit:

London - four days - British Museum, The Tate Modern Museum, TOWER OF LONDON, the National Gallery, The Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Churchill War Rooms, some shopping, two West End shows, DAILY TRIPS TO STONEHENGE and the Roman city of Bath; Warwick Castle (oldest medieval castle in England), Ely Cathedral; and Stratford-upon-Avon, including a Shakespeare play at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

Now here's the kicker: It costs $5,595 without airfare. *dies* How am I going to get the money? I need to look for grants or something. It says to look for aid through community organizations or churches. We don't have a church. And everyone know about the state of our community. This would so be the BEST THING EVER to happen to me. If I don't even come close to going and will die from dehydration from all the tears I would shed. I'm serious. I think I shall go spaz now.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my last name! It starts with a K as you know. After school I went to get my schedule. It was amusing to see the throng of students rushing to the A hall stairs. So I got down there quick and there was already tons of people there. But in the J-K-L line there were probably only 4 or 5 in front of me. So I got my schedule right quick. Good times.

Even gooder times: This quarter I have an A in Physics!!! *flabbergasted* And I thought I got a C. That's good though with this A and last quarter's B the C I probably got on the final will negate to a B. Now I just need to worry about my English grade. But that honours point will help. Yesh. I'm cold and hungry, later.

Green
Green is your Lightsaber's color.

Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes growth,
harmony, and freshness. Green has strong
emotional correspondence with safety. Green is
also commonly associated with wealth and
happiness, so someone with a green lightsaber
like yourself is a fortunate soul.
